Decode GA4 pricing is usage-based per GiB, with no monthly or annual subscriptions. It is based on a simple sliding scale, derived from total monthly volume by GA4 property.
All functionality is available to all users, regions and properties, without tiered restrictions on capabilities or deployment.

Usage is computed based on data and metadata processed, and is billed directly by Google Cloud, as per the billing rules.
